The Athos ry/rf society is based in Helsinki, Finland. Our value commitments and goals focus upon good life for elders, promoting age-transcending communality and ways of life and living that help elderly people to enjoy variation, activity and security.

We have had value debates on various forms of collectives as models to support people who wish to age with dignity. These discussions have strengthened the impression that social innovations are needed in this area in order to secure that even more senior and aging people can find appropriate solutions towards a more collective, and consequently more enjoyable and more secure life.
